Faculty Recruitment

The American Islamic University (AMISUN), headquartered in Houston, Texas, invites qualified male and female educators, professors, and scholars of Islam from all denominations worldwide to join our adjunct faculty pool. Appointees will be assigned online and hybrid courses within their respective fields of expertise.

AMISUN offers a competitive remuneration structure, training support, and opportunities for permanent appointment at our Houston campus. English proficiency is required, while fluency in Arabic, Urdu, Bangla, Farsi, or other languages is highly valued for global engagement.

Female scholars are especially encouraged to apply as AMISUN seeks to build an inclusive, diverse, and globally representative faculty.

Note: Scholars without formal secular degrees are also welcome to apply. Each case is assessed on scholarly merit, teaching experience, and contribution to AMISUN’s mission of integrating divine knowledge with human development.
